Today was an extremely long day. However, in my break between classes I hung out with a friend and held a snake for the first time. It was a young, female, ball python. She was surprisingly heavy, smooth, and grippy. Feeling it move around on my arm was definitely a standout experience for the day, the weird, fluid movement of bones and muscles… creepy in an awesome way.
Now I must nap.
